The time has come for the Formula Race to be held at Hussain Sagar in Hyderabad. Today (February 11) the mega international event is going to start at Hyderabad. Free Practice Race-2 will start at 8.05 am on the side of Hussain Sagar, near Necklace Road. If you look at its complete schedule… there will be free practice-2 from 8.10 am to 8.40 am. Then there will be a qualifying race from 10.40 am to 12.05 pm. After that there will be a drivers parade from 1.40 pm to 1.55 pm. The actual race starts at 3.04 pm. A media conference will be held at 4.35 pm to explain about this race.
The organizers have also made huge arrangements for this race. Adequate facilities have been provided for 21 thousand people to watch at a time. A total of 22 racers under 11 teams will participate in the race today on the 2.8 km circuit. Formula cars (gen3 cars) will run in this with a high speed of 322 kilometers per hour. Another special thing is that, apart from foreign companies and racers, Mahindra Racing and TCS Jaguar from India are also present in this race. But this formula race has many peculiarities. After the Formula-1 race held in 2013.. this race is being held for the first time in India. The fact that it is happening in Hyderabad can be considered unique in Telugu states. World class racers will also participate in this. Hyderabad has become the 27th city in the history of Formula racing to host the race so far.
However, this race actually started yesterday, Friday. In Free Practice Race-1, the racers saw how the track was. They rushed like a lion. This trial version also impressed the racing watchers. As it went like a real race.. the fans were full of happiness. Although everything went well in the practice race which lasted for half an hour, the Porsche driven by Pascal Verlin met with an accident. Fans say that even if the racer does not have any injuries.. Formula race is like that.. Such things are natural for that range of speed. The residents of the city came in large numbers to watch this practice session. Celebrities flocked to watch this pre-practice race. Nara Brahmani, Mahesh Babu’s wife Namrata, NTR’s wife Pranathi and many others sat in the galleries and made noise.
