Border-Gavaskar Trophy is going to start from February 9 between India and Australia. There is no doubt that the excitement will be at its peaks in this four-Test series. Indian wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant, who gave India a historic victory in the last series, was seriously injured in a road accident on December 30. He is not playing in this series as he is undergoing treatment in the hospital. However, before the start of the series, Pant gave an update on his condition. This will make Indian fans very happy.

Pant, who was admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital, posted a picture on his Instagram account on Tuesday, February 7. It shows him leaving the hospital room for the first time since the accident. With this photo, Pant commented that he never thought it was so good to sit outside and breathe fresh air.

Thanks to the fans..

This is the second major update from Pant in recent times. A few days ago, Pant took to his social media accounts to say that his surgery was a success and he is doing well now. Pant thanked fans for their prayers. He also thanked the people who came to help during the accident.

However, it will take a long time for Rishabh Pant to get back on the field as he underwent ligament surgery in both knees. Due to this reason Pant will not be able to play IPL 2023. Even after that, there is no clarity on his return.
