BCCI Secretary Jai Shah announced this on social media. Viacom 18 Rs. It bought the rights from 2023 to 2027 through a bidding of 951 crores. That means Viacom will pay Rs 7.09 crore to BCCI for every 18 matches.
In fact, bids were placed in the auction for the media rights of the women’s IPL. BCCI will be given Rs.951 crore for the next five years (2023-2027). Jaisha described it as historic for women’s cricket. It seems that the women’s IPL could be held in March. No official announcement has been made regarding this yet. Along with Viacon 18, Zee, Sony, Disney Star also participated in this race.
