In our country, especially in Kerala, football lovers are showing their love for the game in different ways. A group of 17 friends from Mundakkamugal village of Kochi district, Kerala bought a house together with their passion for football.
They bought the house for 23 lakh rupees and turned it into a mini hall so that everyone could watch the match together. The house they bought was World Cup themed with the colors of Brazil, Argentina and Portugal jerseys. Another feature is that all these friends have decorated their house with photos of some of the senior players in the game of football including Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. “On the occasion of the FIFA World Cup, 17 of us have planned to do something special together. This house is ready for sale for Rs. 23 lakhs and already decorated with flags of FIFA teams. We wanted to gather here and watch the match on the big screen TV,” said Shefir Pa, one of them. They brought the custom of watching the game to the village before they actually bought this house. Long before deciding to buy a house, they established a tradition of watching football games together.

“Even in the future, the next generation can also enjoy football. Similarly, unity will continue among those who are to come. We want to bring a big TV and install it here. We will make sure that everyone comes here with us and enjoys football together,” said Shefir. Meanwhile, in the first match of the World Cup Qatar 2022 tournament, which started at 9:30 pm on Sunday, November 20, Ecuador faced the host team of Qatar. In this game, Ecuador won against Qatar team with a lead of 20. Team player Enner Valencia was the hero in this first win for Equire.
